...explain why Nightstar are looks like Classic Marauder? Whyyyyyy!?

Beeeecause that's pretty much how the Nightstar originally looked like as well?

Just switch the arms to that of the Marauder and you pretty much have a Classic Marauder.

Because the Nightstar was developed from the classic Marauder chassis.

Edit: There are more mechs stemming development wise from the Marauder:

-- Marauder II (100T)
-- Marauder IIC (85T Clanmech)
-- Rakshasa an attemp to copy the clan Timbi using a heavily modified marauder chassis
-- Maelstrom 75T... one of those mechs looking cool but won't work in MWO
-- Dragonfire...high hardpoint prinzipal to the extreme
-- Bandersnatch....take all the marauders construction principals and remove the advantages -,-
