Why not remove it altogether and leave the two useful zooms (1.0x and 2.0x)? Or at least give players the option to remove it.

Seriously, is there anyone who uses 1.5x zoom, other that to just toggle through it on their way to 2.0x?
Why not remove it altogether and leave the two useful zooms (1.0x and 2.0x)? Or at least give players the option to remove it.

I use it. 
There are plenty of times where the x2 is too zoomed.

Simple. Just bind your zoom hotkey to toggle max zoom and you'll never have to worry about x1.5

I sometimes use 1.5x. I wouldn't even mind 1.2x or something similar.

I use it. I actually want more options not less, Fixed zoom levels can be such a pain at times.

I bound my zoom to 2x, doesn't go through 1.5x easy
