Seriously stop trying to be an actor in an action movie, one of the quickest ways to get muted is to pretend you're GI Joe and aggressively sound off imperatives, as if youre a SWAT team leader trying to get a bunch of PUGs ready to bust down a door.
This is an online robot arena shooter. Shut up. I was in the military for six years, we dont talk that because we arent *******. If you want to use voice for what its for, do so, but calm the **** down while doing it, I dont need a teenager shouting orders in between sips of Mountain Dew.

Try 22 and earned their spurs with real steel; worked in the "LST Building" (let's see who knows what about tanks) and the words "Agony and Misery" mean something entirly different that you think.... Want to talk tactics...........figure out what my nickname for this game means because I taught combined arms tactics in that environment......
It really angers me when people start in their "I'm a T1 and you're a idiot noob" speech.....
And we wonder why retention and low player volume is an issue.......

Barking at your PUG team is the best way to get them to do something. A positive anything is better than a negative nothing. Even if they do it thinking youre an *******. If you dont sound in a hurry, people wont wake up. there is not enough leaders in mwo.
Barking have many benefits. You burst their bubble and get their blinders off. This tells some people that some still cares and they will start caring too. It now feels like you have a chance, where you might have given up. People focus too much sometimes and just stop being pro active or lose the pack. Inaction, unless you're making a stand because your/their nascar is too fast, is always bad. Muting a leader whos trying to motivate people by being affirmative is just dumb.
You dont have to do exactly as ask, you can just complement what the group does. "oh, the team is going to do this, sounds like a good opportunity for me to go over there and do this to help them". The whole point is to get people moving, working together and be proactive rather than reactionary. Lose the initiative and you lose the battle.

People like you ruin group cohesion. All it takes is one person like you to make others less sure of whether they should listen to the person "barking out commands" as you so eloquently put it. Undermining the people who care enough to make an attempt at directing the team isn't a good look for you.

I died, and he got a team kill for backing into me Collision is a thing in MWO so learn to leave space for people to move, please.
