I got 1000 MC from a cache immediately after telling my roommate to ignore the rare drops because no one ever gets them.

I also managed to win a decal I already owned.

I've gotten Warhorns, premium time, 5x supply cache keys, MC, and a few modules when they were still in the caches.

I've gotten 3 keys, 500 MC, an STD 350 (sold for 1,000,000 cb), and several weapons. No mechs, but in all respects supply caches have been a net win for me.
