We've had a couple of disruptive teams in FW. Which I loved - I miss them. FW was supposed to be much deeper and more engaging than the other games and modes. It really isn't. It's got some strategic stuff which is fun but the underlying factions and faction level politics and strategy has been gutted by PGI with each new update.

Those teams created that friction. I miss having a reason to hate Kurita - I loved them for it. For giving me a reason to want to be in a Davion tag shooting a Kurita tag. I miss the IS vs Clan friction. I realize there were a few simpering candy *** pansies who reported anything and everything that wasn't flattering to them and the ocean of tears they cried both sanitized their particular factions segment of the forums and then went on to hunt down anyone and everyone who was even a little offensive to anyone.

A wargame without room for a bit of interpersonal conflict is dry and bloodless. The pot needs stirred and there really wasn't room for that here.

Unfortunate.
