Due to my absence, I don't usually play around MWO anymore cause Licensure Exam. I shouldn't even be in the forums.
But hey, i got a chance to play around so i took my Urbies for a spin - literally. I got a few games. It has passed a day, but i've not yet have a place in the Season 15 Leaderboard.
What's wrong? Is there an amount of games before qualification? If so, how many?

So you make tests to determine someone's aptitude? Aren't there already sufficient IQ tests in existence? I'm curious now that I know there is an official field dedicated to this.

Personality tests such as the MBTI, achievement tests, and others. Also aside from making, we also administer and interpret the test scores.
Also overtime, tests do need revision. Such as to account for the rise in normal IQ called the "Flynn Effect"; basically if one were to take an older IQ test, of course they would score higher and the population would just have their normal IQ growing and growing and growing, instead of staying at the standard 100 if they took the same old IQ test instead of revising them to conform with the current time.
