this is pgi's opportunity to reset my wallet for another year of mech packs and disappointment, failure to do so will render the wallet locked. its sort of like a supply cache in reverse.

Dayum. I don't qualify for either of the Top Tier IS or Clan rewards. But a dual-Gauss Victor and a Jump-Jetting Linebacker are pretty damn attractive :/

That Urbie should make some people happy, I recall seeing being people asking for it.

That Griffin caught me by surprise. I'm not sure what to make of it. I think everyone will be running 4xLMG in that arm.

I was pleasantly surprised by the eligiblity criteria. I haven't bought a single three-mech pack, just a bunch of heroes. I think my $10 K-9 Urbie purchase qualified me for the Griffin.

It's the second Year of the Urbie, it seems. A welcome addition, though I'm bummed it's locked behind the loyalty program for a year.

Would have been nice to get an extra missile hardpoint on it, but two should do for most things I suppose.

i kind of excited for a 4x ballistic griffon. doubt i could do more than a rack of lmgs with it, maybe a pair of uac2s and a pair of lmgs. its something different anyway.

not as excited about the kitfox im getting. it seems like i just bought the purifier i doubt this one will be as good. new missile omnis, so i think 6x srm kitfoxen are now possible, and with better durability than the jenner iic. urbanmech is more or less the same role on the is side. more urbies is always good.

other mechs not getting. the 5 laser linebacker seems a little meh for what you have to pay out to get it. triple ballistic victor seems somewhat better than arm ballistic victor. can run the 3 uac10s i suppose. but its still a victor. lol. seems a lot better than the line backer imho. the bagpipes are nice, a finishing touch for my braveheart themed highlander that i never run.

all in all i like these mechs, but it seems like i spent more this year than previous and still got the same levels. in the future i will limit my mech pack purchase to one each. still maintain it needs to be based on $$ spent, rather than tier level. lets face it top tier packs arent really worth it.

MC: IS Medium (Blackjack, 45 tons)
IS 1: Heavy (Cataphract, 70 tons)
IS 2: Assault (Stalker, 85 tons)
C 1: Heavy (Hellbringer, 65 tons)
C 2: Heavy (Two Summoners, 70 tons)

I think 2015 only had IS 'mechs? (Cicada, Wolverine, Zeus? I wasn't around.)

I regret not getting the Hellbringer last year, don't really see myself getting/regretting anything this year.

No, its pretty random actually. Loyalty rewards for 2015 were a Cicada, a Wolverine, a Nova, a Zeus, and an Executioner(granted the Clan ones were outright terrible, but still).
