Of course I bought a whole bunch of the standard packs when they came out before the October 2016 date I haven't bought any packs since then. I did make an MC purchase so I'll get the Urbanmech, but I'm not going to buy into this game until they figure out inverse kinematics. I was really disappointed with the news of that now being a lower priority, especially since MW3 and MW4 before this had it. Just makes me feel the developers aren't working hard enough to address the problem, especially for the money I put into this game.

No need too answer my question I found how they are screwing us again. Just because i purchased them when they were for sale not after their date. thats fine see if i buy another pack if this is how they want too screw us and ask for more money at the same time.Being Canadian PGI did you ever hear this one. S..t in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills first.

TBH I do not fully understand your pain.
I have bought the Resistance 1 package on Nov. 8th 2016 when it was on sale for $ 64 total. This nets me both the IS reward, the Griffin, and the IS Top Tier reward, the Victor. (I did not buy any other IS things this year.)

If you have bought your packages before Oct. 18th 2016, your buy has counted for last years loyalty program. If you have purchased the packages after that date, it will count for this years loyalty annual reward program. Just make sure to check the day of your purchases and contact PGIs support team if you have bought them after Oct. 18th. 2016.

Is this a glitch or did I somehow not get the right item?

It seems it's one or the other, although now Hero Add-Ons and Reinforcement Add-Ons also count towards the "6 Hero" quota.

Horseman, you've done excellent work here, answering once and for all that you only need to REACH Collector's Pack status, not purchase the entire thing during the time frame...thanks for experimenting on something which, I have to admit, I wasn't willing to risk money to find out. I can now safely upgrade my 18 Oct Huntsman pack purchase without worrying about the missing timestamp.

do upgrades from standard packs purchased before the deadline count if the the upgrade to collectors pack was purchased after the deadline?

i.e.
SEP 9, 2016 : BUSHWACKER - STANDARD PACK
JAN 25, 2017 : BUSHWACKER - COLLECTOR PACK

I am guessing they would but would like to be sure.

I tried to read through the other posts but missed this information if it was there.
