I do not understand these requirements at all whatsoever.

I have so many of these packages, some of them with collector's, some with heroes or reinforcements, and on and on and on and on.

I can't tell what I could possibly be missing.

I buy both Clan and IS with no bias toward one or the other.

I've got everything with a green check on the rewards page except for the Top-Tier IS and Ultimate.

I've gone to the page see to see everything I've bought and it looks like I should have qualified under the new req's twice over.

What do I do?

Better answers in the actual thread for it, but I'll sum up. Double-check the dates when you bought your IS upgrades to ensure they fall within the eligible dates. Also, you apparently cannot combine one Collector's Pack with Hero/Reinforcement Add-ons or standalone hero purchases. It has to be either two Collector Packs, one Assault-tier of a tiered multiple mech collection (Wrath or Mauler), or a combination of any six out of standalone heroes, mechpack hero add-ons, and/or mechpack reinforcement add-ons.

This is why I asked for an expansion of the qualifications page to include partial progress.

Why does the LB graphic look like it has Baslistic hardpoints on the arms?

Max speed for the Urbie is 32 Kph? Is that a typo?

No, that is with the STD 60, an engine unique to the Urbanmech in MWO that weighs -2.5 tons (yes, it gives you tonnage).

The max engine rating is 180 with a top speed of 97.2kph (before skill tree).

Hey, wait... Did they remove one of the ballistic hardpoints from the Victor?! I swear I remember it having 4 ballistic hardpoints....
