Its probably going to end up being Nightstar and Annihilator, even though the Nightstar collector's variant sucks and the Annihilator, while strong, isn't that fun to play.

Already have Resistance II. 6 Resistance heros is too much money, its cheaper to upgrade my standard packs. Especially because most of the Resistance heros I won't use at all.
Leaning towards Annihilator and Nightstar Collectors.

Assassin bruh. Embrace it! (Same issue tbh... but it's the only one I would consider if I was going for the victor.. just not worth $20 to me)

I say go with the Nightstar personally, but that's me and I can wait for the Victor to come out,

I considered that... The ASN-21 is awesome, its just a medium, and those who know me know that I use big mechs. I'll think it over the next month or so and see how often I use the Anni vs the Assassin.

Assassin
Roughneck

Bolded being 'this years' (Or the last 12 months), if I remember. You're right, not particularly attractrive.
You know there's a bunch of mechpacks on sale this week, yes? They're the older ones, but they still qualify. Not sure if upgrades are on sale too, but maybe its worth checking?

I like big mechs too, just not IS big mechs (Mauler being the exception). I would go with the Assassin, it is a fun mech, especially the collector edition variant.

True that. I actually like the Anni, surprisingly enough, and I don't like big mechs... (as you know, I like Mediums) so yeah, whichever is more likely to be a go to, makes the most sense. The between my financial state and the VTR not being the draw to me it was before Poptarters ruined it for everyone... just not worth it to me. If I did do it, it'd be purely because I wanted the Cbills for a main machine. VTR just is icing on the cake, for me.

This change is made In an effort to recognize players who purchased Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons .
Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons now combine with Hero Preorders and count toward the requirements to qualify for Top-Tier Packages!
As an Example to qualify for Top-Tier IS reward a player could have
2 Resistance Heroes, 1 Rifleman Hero Add-on, 1 Marauder Hero Add-on,
Archer Reinforcement Add-on, and a Roughneck Reinforcement Add-on.
We really appreciate the all the feedback for the 2017 MechWarrior Online Annual Rewards Program and want to make this change to acknowledge players who have supported us with the purchase of Hero and Reinforcement Add-ons!
If you have made any purchase decisions to qualify for a Top-Ter Reward when you would have qualified under the new rules, feel free to contact support if you wish to make changes.
The eligibility status page will be updated today to reflect these changes.
