You can buy MC with Steam Wallet, that's about as far as my knowledge goes.
But i honestly doubt there's MWO specific cards.

MWO isnt populated enough to get any of that kind of treatment by any stores that could be willing to sponsor that sort of thing. A real shame because that kind of thing gets people attracted to major mmo games like WoT and WoWs as well CoD and BF
