I got the bushwacker, was happy about that. Now with the anniversary, it lists that the bushwacker is part of requirements to get the IS prize. Still I don't qualify because I got it as soon as it came out. Something is wacky here with the bushwacker.

As a new player, can anyone recommend the better mechs to choose from on the clan side? At this point I picked up a warrant for the cbill boost and I'm a sucker for the mad cat/timberwolf look so that made sense for me. I want to buy a linebacker anyways and since I'm new purchasing 2 of the clan mechs and getting the 3rd, all having the mc boost makes sense for me. I'm not up to speed which mechs have better hit boxes or are more efficient in other areas that might not be apparent on first look.

what's the point in linebacker if you're going to get a CB linebacker anyway? linebacker is a good mech though.
also OP, i see you made this thread shortly after replying to the other one.
check response to your post there, also repeated here...
early adopter was already rewarded it seems.

Thought about that mad cat. Me likely. I have a maurader IIc, was thinking that might be sort of redundant especially if I'm using real money.

there is competition between MADIIC and MCmkII however the optimal loadouts differ somewhat enough. i have 1x MADIIC though but barely play it.
at risk or it getting nerfed, there is no reason not to own a MCmkII if you are still looking to buy a good, big mech, and also are seeking reward as bonus.

Thanks for your time and advice, I'll end up picking one of those up. Thoughts on a 2nd mech from the pack to get? I have a viper I enjoy playing and an artic cheetah that is fun but I enjoy the viper more. I just got the cheetah last week, so I'm kicking myself for already having tied up the cbills to trick it out

This change is made In an effort to recognize players who purchased Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons .
Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons now combine with Hero Preorders and count toward the requirements to qualify for Top-Tier Packages!
As an Example to qualify for Top-Tier IS reward a player could have
2 Resistance Heroes, 1 Rifleman Hero Add-on, 1 Marauder Hero Add-on,
Archer Reinforcement Add-on, and a Roughneck Reinforcement Add-on.
We really appreciate the all the feedback for the 2017 MechWarrior Online Annual Rewards Program and want to make this change to acknowledge players who have supported us with the purchase of Hero and Reinforcement Add-ons!
If you have made any purchase decisions to qualify for a Top-Ter Reward when you would have qualified under the new rules, feel free to contact support if you wish to make changes.
The eligibility status page will be updated today to reflect these changes.
