This change is made In an effort to recognize players who purchased Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons .
Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons now combine with Hero Preorders and count toward the requirements to qualify for Top-Tier Packages!

As an Example to qualify for Top-Tier IS reward a player could have
2 Resistance Heroes, 1 Rifleman Hero Add-on, 1 Marauder Hero Add-on,
Archer Reinforcement Add-on, and a Roughneck Reinforcement Add-on.

We really appreciate the all the feedback for the 2017 MechWarrior Online Annual Rewards Program and want to make this change to acknowledge players who have supported us with the purchase of Hero and Reinforcement Add-ons!

If you have made any purchase decisions to qualify for a Top-Ter Reward when you would have qualified under the new rules, feel free to contact support if you wish to make changes.

The eligibility status page will be updated today to reflect these changes.

I am pretty happy they listened to the community though I still will have to pony up some extra $$$ if I want to qualify for the Top Tier. Not a perfect solution but I have to say I am impressed they actually listened and modified things based on our feedback. While it isn't what I would have liked to seen, they have managed to earn my loyalty back by at least making the effort.

Customer service at its finest. Willing to change past requirements so that a bunch of others who would not have qualified before, to now get some goodies with the rest of us.

This is one of those examples that we can all agree on is a positive thing for the community that PGI has done. We may not agree with them all the time, but today we can.
