Personally, only got as far as 7 kills.. that 8th eluded me (was actually stolen from me, go figure, lol, but I had 8 KMDDs!), and so still waiting on that prestigious title.

i've gotten it a few times on my IS account.. Once was in a cent AH, the other i want to say thunder bolt 5SS, and it might of happened 2 times in that mech. Maybe i got it in another mech too, hard to recall. I know at least 3 times though and i think that's right on the mechs

Almost got it once on my clan.. was so close but the last mech took out my ST, and took out my LRM15 and my ammo with only 2 MPL's left.. the damn cicada got me.. If i had just one more volley of LRM's from my single 15, i would of had him! I should of had him anyway,, I had him ranged.. ohh well, it was very close non-the-less

was an epic match though.. had top score, and it was on caustic in my summoner

Johny five is a lot more common.. Ace of spaces takes skill and a bit of luck

I think 5-10% of the active players is a more realistic number. I see at least one ace in most matches.

Got my first 8 quite some while ago with a dual AC20+2 LL King Crab. Didn't really aim for it, but ended up as last man standing against 5 remaining opponents. My luck was that they came at me one after another.

I have it but don't use it. I used it for like a month or so until I got "littlest helper" title since that means more to me (lights are my favorite). I see plenty of aces, but don't know if I've seen anyone with "littlest helper" title so I guess I'm a bit of an outcast in that regard. Plus I felt like it was an accomplishment getting 20,000 light assists.

2 days ago, 8 kills, 7 KMDD. Burned through all 6T ATMs and over 1T of ASRMs. Had a little less than 1T of ASRM left and the 2xERLRG. LT and CT were cherry red internals (Should have taken a screenshot of that). Last time was probably around 2 years ago with a Direwolf.

I got it in a 4X ERPPC Marauder 2 on Crimson, and was a gnat's **** away from getting the 9th but the one remaining other player on our team snagged it from me. I didn't care.

I was shameless enough that when I hit 7 I notified my team and asked for the last kill. Surprisingly it worked.


I was not in a Locust like a lot of others were though, I think I was using Scorch.

Got mine in an Enforcer with 3xLL. I think I only had 5 KMDD when I got it though. Since then I've switched more towards brawling and don't live as long as I used to in the sniper.

Not everyone having the title wears it as his active one.
I for my part find it quite lame and prefer the more lore-like military titles one gets from FP.

Oh you don't have the joy of getting it with the splat dog then. It's the very definition of fun and rolling all over red team by yourself. No really, splat dogs shouldn't be left alive to wreck havoc.
