looks like that would suck terribly for some laser builds, which for me would have either seriously reduce firepower or force to use that machine gun or two, ew. good for ballistics builds i suppose, it'll let them shine there.

It would be interesting say if there was a water tower or water pump, if they could fire at it and bust it open and water begins to pour out that you could cool down your mech in the water

Loving the Smoke FX, they look really cool!

I wish the trees would explode when they're hit though, the shots seem to pass through them...

My two favorite parts to see:

The Catapult being toppled over the edge of an embankment and the flamers at the end...

and still no beta. :P

So after watching the vids, and thinking about what another poster said in an unrelated topic, will we know which "map" we'll be on in any particular match to load out a mech according to conditions?

That would make for an interesting environment if it was ALL destructible...trees on fire from flamers masking heat sigs, blowing chunks out of a bunker a mech is hiding behind, shooting out a cliff a mech is standing on...ooooohhhh, got the chills up n down my spine!!

Hey i like the look of the map but will probly never know with the (Beta Pending) and btw lets see an awsome get lit on fire... No way it will fire....

Add blow up objects like tank with reagent(hot) and coolant(cold) substain.

Ah, reminds me of the one map in Merc where you have all the machinery. What was it called, the one in the Arena? Ah... too fun. Can't wait for this to come out.

Because you are assuming earth like vegetation on an alien planet :]
