It is like pulling teeth. Radeon R4 graphics are a 3 year old integrated mobile graphics solution. They are rated at 15 watts, have shared memory.
So it sounds like you are actually playing on an AMD laptop that is at least 3 years old? More details, brand/model of laptop, actual CPU?

If u wanna go up in tiers the most important thing is........................
Doing well when your team loses, coz this is the only time your PSR goes down.
So if it looks like your teams gonna lose, ** flip override, spam the fire button, redline your heat and try to be the last to die.
** (For example yourcheck radar - Is the team scatterred all over the map a few minutes into the game).
Get a match score approx 400 or so and above and your PSR will be = or >.
(IE- not sure on the exact match score but about dat .)
Hope this helps.

When you can, download and use Speccy, as that AMD Radeon r7 200 series has a range, from extremely low end, r7 240, equivalent Nvidia 8800 . The highest r7 200 series is the 265.

Turn off vsync, disable AA. And depending on motherboard that AMD 6300 could be OC 4.3-4.5ghz +. Several different guides. If you plan on looking into it, start off to 4.0ghz but average OC is approx 4.5ghz.. If you won the bin lottery it could get higher but 4.5ghz is the average OC.
As for 30FPS, is that average or is that actually as high as it will go? Vsync enabled in Catalyst/Crimson software and/or in game?
And do you play other games?

Yes, but how come every time I get close to the water just east of the main Lost Tribes encampment in Frozen North my FPS drops to like, 2. It's good the rest of the time and everywhere else - even when I'm farming Desert Dogs in their ruins or Heirs of the North in New Asgarth which all have way more NPCs around I'm at 60 fps. I don't get it.
Whoops. Wrong game.

1. Stop using LRMs.
2. Learn to torso twist.
3. Learn to have some semblance of basic map awareness.
4. Do not bring "bracket builds" that cover all ranges. They are dumb and, useless.
I went from full potato to semi competent inside of 3-4 months. The finer details took a lot longer but T1 comes easily if you can manage the 4 points above.
Though your 4 points might be valid, your assumption is utter nonsense!

95% of the time this is just an excuse like nearly all excuses for cheating, seriously i palyed apb before and ehard it ALL
I agree, they take ages, I am stuck in T2 forever just because don't play 10 games a day the crawlbar is just badly designed, But then as long as the game merges me with ther t1' it's fine.
