mine looks like that as well, the problem occurs AFTER i select one of the events.
so basically if you were to click on the "recent events" tab, and selected one of the events from the drop down menu, the next page where it shows you the goals and rewards, that is where it gets all ****** up again.
it's appears to be something as simple as the tables are just plain coded wrong.

to answer your question about video settings, i have tried all resolutions and all video settings, and all combinations. nothing works, i don't understand it.

Harlock 69 I also noticed you had a scroll bar on the left
that might be because of the resolution and the game is wrapping that pop up around
that's why I asked about your settings
notice your gap on both sides of the pop up you hardly see anything, it fill the screen

one time I had a display not compatible pop up come up after a patch
I contacted support a bunch of times and I never got a response
about 4 months later the problem went away (after a patch)
I am sure they are working on a fix but you wont here from them

Yeah I have the same problem but all the previously mentioned fixes didn't work for me, except the one login in to 2 computes at the same time. I haven't tried that yet.
