I've been back and forth with tech support (who has been great so far), but haven't been able to get a solution.
So far, I've sent them the requested reports from both the laptop and PC, and they haven't been able to duplicate the issue. Suggestions of disabling any antivirus, communication (Teamspeak/Ventrillo/Discord), and graphics programs (Geforce experience) haven't made any difference.
I'm not much of a dakka player, so I'm not too upset about missing this particular event, but I would like to participate in others.
Maybe getting rid of the event page on the website was a bit hasty...?
