It's my favorite chassis but I can't use them right now, they are just too squishy, pretty much all it needs IMO is a bit of CT armor quirks, say +10 or so.

The Wolfhound has 55 CT armour with 5 tons less and as a smaller target...

Cicada's are best used in swarms.
