Is this a new thing? PPC in the right arm seems to be in the laser slot and not the PPC slot. Looks very offensive! Did I miss something in some patch notes somewhere or is this not working as intended?

Oh

Dammit

Well, there goes my OCD. I love that mech too.

DAMMIT, it's like a dead pixel near the bottom of your monitor. It's barely detectable unless you look for it, but you KNOW it's there.

Is that...a PPC 'lens' hanging in mid-air?! o.O

Edit: NVM, I see it now. Good god, the optical illusions are real

Is this just the Mishipeshu or all Shadowcat right arms?

Either way, it's definitely because of the Mishipeshu, which has 1 Ballistic + 1 Energy slot. The energy slot is on the side while the ballistic slot is in the center.

It's awful if this is the case for all Shadowcats.

The ballistic takes the main arm spot, I don't see the problem.

Is it all the variant Right Arm or only specific ones with Energy slots?
Example, is it just the H and Hero RAs that recently came out while the Prime, A and B are fine or every RA?

It's ALL of them. I checked them out at the Store. Even the ones with just a single Energy hardpoint in the arm.

All the Orion IICs have a similar issue, even the ones with a single hardpoint in the arm.

I don't know if any other mechs have been affected. I've not noticed myself.

The PPC used to take that spot as well. All the barreled weapons did.

Using an A right arm here. All arm omnipods produce the same result.

Okay, what the **** PGI? Of all the things that need to be fixed in this game this was not something that needed to be done. It was fine before.

Where have you been?

In MWO, Battlemechs are easily and highly customizable while Omnimechs require jerry-rigging to achieve the same. Posted Image

Except the ballistic isn't installed at all in the screenshot, thus it shouldn't be considered. And even if it was there, I think that a small ballistic like an MG should take the side instead of the middle.

I guess that's the main issue with dynamic geometry as PGI implemented it...it's not really dynamic at all.
