Just wanted to send you an update and let you know that while we are still looking into why you're running into this issue with the Special Events Browser, we have just released an Events section to our site:

This Events section can be used to track event progress as the data is refreshed every minute. Unfortunately there's no way to redeem the Prize through the site, however the prizes will remain in your PAST EVENTS section of the Special Events Browser for at least 2 weeks.

So basically, if the in-game browser isn't working for the rest of us before the 2 week period runs out, we may not be able to collect any earned prizes...
