lookiing at the screen shot .. 12 Victory's ,match score 150, gets the mech, 12 defeats gets the C-Bills
I see it if you lost 12 and had the 150 match you get the c-bills and if you also won 12 with 150 match score, you get the mech.
so one can get the mech and the cbills and mechbays

probably looking at it wrong,

Merc mentality - win is a game win. Loyalist mentality - win as a planet win.

The webpage looks like 12 matches with 150 match score to get the mech.

The in game event tab looks likes there's also a win condition?

Mauler is not a great mech... at all, maybe back in the day it was, but it has poop hitboxes(easily defined), slow twist rate(slow shield, can't get back on target quickly), low crit space(run out of everything b4 tonnage), slow AF, cant tank(anymore compared to competition).

Its not really of much worth. Dont' be me wrong I'm a fan boy of the Mauler but Its not a top tier mech, back then maybe...but certainly not now. I've never even seen one do exceptionally well post ST drop.

Hey, guys! I want to pledge loyalty for Kurita (for this event), but now I'm in a merc one-man-unit. So can I disband my unit to take loyalty immediately? I was told there are some penalties, aren't they? Like the contract will remain with me. Or can I create another account to make it the unit's head to avoid any inconvenience?

Wait a second...
I have just checked the ingame event browser and it says there are two "spoils of war" for IS under the "battle of Luthien" tab.

One with conditions 150 matchscore, win
One with conditions 150 matchscore, defeat

Do I read this correctly: I need to loose 12 FP matches with a score of 150 th get the 4mill c-bills?

I case I do (what I do not hope) PGI needs to reconsider this criteria, I see people to disco and loose on purpose for this.

Please tell me I'm wrong.

JUST SAY IT....

Win - as in win the planet.

Lost - as in, don't win the planet

Or the overall battle, near enough. That is the win / loss condition as I understand it, even though it's not exactly clear as Website and ingame is conflicting info...

Play Clan to win champion myst lynx, play IS to win 4mil cbills. Clear?

Soo... PGI's idea of a Loyalist event is to pick 2 factions and throw extra deckles at them?

Makes the year wait worthwhile. Posted Image

You don't have to disband your unit, you do have to wait until your current contract expires to change factions. Once it's expired and you're a merc unit without a contract, open the 'Careers' tab in the FP menu and select Loyalist. Choose which faction you wish to pledge loyalty to.

Knowing pgi, it is both the start, and the furthest their willing to go.

Did you expect more? Personally, I expected less...in fact I expected them to lack the insight to make their own loyalist event actually better for the 2 loyalist factions (vs. Mercs).

Nope.
Was just curious how the loyalist events would work under the 1 buckits system.

At this point in the timeline, haven't the SJs been wiped out already? Are they leap-frogging back and forth?

It will be interesting to see how it plays out. A Clan victory, but will it be over quick or will they drag it out.
