PGI has done very little to affect the top picks
Notice how small a percentage the Sphere has?
Remove the quirks from the Wolfhound, and it also stops being taken, leaving 8% Sphere...

PGI just have to exist and it'll trigger someone. The Roughneck showed that rather well. Everyone else but PGI was allowed to make a mech and have it in the BT games. Once PGI had Alex make one suddenly people lost their minds!

No the Roughneck is a completely PGI made homebrew. Though the fact that it reminds everyone of the Dark Age is the reason so many went "REEEEEE Roughneck get out REEEEEEE"
