This depends on where you hit, how they spread, etc...
But without even getting into quirks or which variant as that makes a huge difference... at the most basic you're looking at 238 armor and approximately 125 structure for a combined health of 363,

I use SRMs a lot so I get the spread. The recent spread nerf while small does kinda suck for SRM players also.
I was just really surprised a light took 4-5 direct hit alphas and lived. Thats 200-250 damage and he had most of his armour left. Only 1 leg was stripped to red structure. Alll the while he face tanked a fully armored bushwacker with a couple of medium lasers and machine guns......I must play my Raven wrong. I die way sooner when I try to twist away the damage. I guess I will just stare SRM brawlers down from 30 meters or less from now on until they die. I guess it pays to be smaller then the missile spread now.

I know Hit Reg sometimes sucks....

Funnel your armor forward.
2 armor per back, or less.
And you'll tank like a medium mech.

You could even slap in an AC/20 and pwn some people as a want to be Hunchback.

Worked years ago, still works now. Hell it works better now when you start pooling quirks and skill tree.

Just don't try it in Faction Play, any meta 120 damage laser vomit build from the Clans will still insta-gib you.

Also be weary, it works because people are dumb enough to aim for the torso when you're slow. Do it with a fast Raven and you'll just lose your legs.

  • LocationStill doing ungodly amount of damage, but with more accuracy.

A lot of people seem to live and read in that trash bin Posted Image.
Even PGI.

It's a general problem to be made visible and disussed generally. Shouldn't it go into general discussion?
I'm confused Posted Image

PGI reads patch feedback more than GD, cause GD is full of garbage.

True, I have no idea what the rear Armour was on the raven, That may explain why he didn't turn around and run. I tend to leave 6-8 on my Ravens backs. Gives me an out when outclassed. I guess I will never know if it is bad hitreg, bad aim, Lag, or just front loaded Armour.

Back to skilling up this bushwacker.....then figure out what variant to get next.

Stock torso twist on the Raven is so good you can hide your backside completely (short of your bum of course) while running away. Almost as extreme as a Hunchback, and similar to running away while torso twist to shoot people behind you in a Urbie.

In other words you just turn away from them and twist to them, can even shoot occasionally while running away.
