THE META

Look at it! nearly 2 kilometer sensor range once skilled, 900m optimal range when skilled up, dealing damage up to 1800, nearly as far away as it can see!. How can anyone compete against those hypervelocity rounds coming in from over a kilometer away with an insane and unending 5.56 DPS before being skilled, once your armor is gone you are DOOMED with the huge crit boosts of the TC combined with the already higher rate of crits in AC2s.

Worst of all, you can't even see it yourself to return fire, as its hidden by its ECM (also the whole having less than half the sensor range issue). How can anyone say that Clans dominate in long range when this IS MONSTER exists!?

I demand nerfs!

Careful. If PGI realizes what you have created here, then clearly the Cyclops and the AC2s are in for a major nerf.

If you equipped the LB 2-X instead of AC/2, you'd get more range, lower heat, and crit-seeking! Learn the meta secrets PGI doesn't want you to know!

At first I thought about this too, but then I realized that the LBX2 crits aren't boosted by the TC, PGI was a move ahead but didn't expect me to figure out that AC2s would be the superior option!

You'll be just so overwhelmed that you'll just stand there, gazing, with your mouth hanging open, happily agog with glee that you have its attention as it jams AC2 rounds in your general direction...

You forgot to mention that the Cyclops has more agility than Clan heavies!!! Must be nerfed!

No, the response is to nerf the Cyclops, all IS mediums mobility and Clan LRMs.

That will create the right space for balance for troll AC2 builds.

But how will you hit my ecm cravenmech before he detects you? Even with ecm I still outrange detection abilities with a minimal exposure area.

Also, my cravenmech will be able to win once you run out of ammo. An issue from which my cravenmech is exempt.

Note that I would of course have a cyclops nearby to boost my sensor range, but you can't because you are already a cyclops and it doesn't stack :P

For PGI this is a clear sign SRM's need to be nerfed.

I thought this was going to be a serious thread. Then I remembered the Deathstrike can't be nerfed since Clans are totally UP by Clam standards.

We need more drunk dartboard discretions.
