Had to leave the game this morning, I threw a little bit of a fit. I said some things I'm not proud of. I'm sorry. To those in the match that were there to witness my little outburst. I apologize for the behavior. I'll work on that.

I have never seen anyone respond to these kinds of threads that actually happened to be in the match that the OP was apologizing for but okay.

I was in that match. I was completely appalled by DJPush's comments. But thanks to this thread I completely forgive him.

Because, in the matches where that happens to me, the three guys standing in the back usually die without killing anything

seems normal

yesterday had a guy go off on the whole team for running to the center of the map
this was on Crimson Straight

before that was the enemy ACH that hid the whole match then sniped from the pinnacles
bap and counter ECM seemed to have no effect on this jerk

then there is Boreal Vault and I spend half the match apologizing for how bad the map is as I drop call

or the incursion mode on Crimson Straight where we keep saying they should at least move the Spawn point to C8
instead of at the bottom near the pass where the enemy team can just snipe from the top of the hill

Wouldn't mind seeing an apology thread from a couple of other forumites I was lucky enough to be in a game with this morning...not gonna name names, but it was a pretty brutal screaming match over comms, and I was fortunate enough to have my sound coming from 10x surround speakers because I hate headphones, so that was a lot of fun.

Clearly someone hadn't had their coffee yet. Seriously though, the chances of the affected players seeing these threads is likely very low, but it shows some maturity that you're at least putting forth the effort.

I wasnt there. I read (further down) what happened. Happens a lot (in QP anyway, you didnt say which).

Now the lecture...
No matter how much you enjoy the game, always remember there are others (on both teams) that just dont give a crap.
I have often wondered if some of these pilots drive their autos the way they drive their mechs. if so, explains why car insurance is so high regardless of your personal driving record.
One last thing, it is just a game, have fun or take a break

So you played with your typical CompFarmers? Welcome to my world. I see it rather regularly. Use the team as armor, snipe at range, then sweep in the end to pad KDr.

Sounds like a pretty typical match in MWO

How often do you notice you're in a match with a forum user you're familiar with? Maybe it's more common in T1, but I can only recall ever playing with one person in this thread, and that's because he somehow suicided about a minute into the match

If that's what actually happened you shouldn't be apologizing to them, they should be to you and everyone else they used as bait. It's players like them that are actively spoiling games.
Cowering and hiding is despicable. If you clicik play, the flippin' well PLAY, not hide.
