Here on the website. Click the Trick or Treat contest icon on the home page, then scroll down to the "click here" buttons for each game. Don't forget to also click the "faction tab" there for those games' loot bags, and also lower down, the extra bags from any of several recent mech purchases..

Note that if you're a tournament supporter, but aren't playing the game these few weeks -- as a supporter you get 25 free redeems, already waiting for you on the event site.
I'm on a hiatus myself, but fortunately checked the event site. Some nice loot without ever launching the client.
