I think it would be beneficial to implement a way to differentiate between default chassis quirk and skill tree modifications. I find myself going to the store to look at default quirks when trying new load-outs. Something as simple as italicized font or a slightly different color for default quirks would be helpful.

Alternatively; Only list the quirks of the chasis and condence the skills in a tree into a single listing that counts how many nodes you have active in a given tree. For example;
Armor (wherever): + 11
Ballistics cooldown: -10%
Et cetera: +whatever
Firepower: 30
Survivability: 33
Operations: 15
Sensors: 10
Misc: 3
Armor (wherever): + 11
