Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if we can hear some response from PGI on the in-game report tool. Now I'm not talking about hackers or any of that silly stupid shenanigans.

I'm talking about people who Rage D/C, suicide their mechs, or refuse to fight or play in faction play.

Now I get that people don't care too much about faction play, but nothing is more silly and annoying that as a 12 man, when fighting against non unit teams, we get about 2-3 disconnects a match. Some of them (Who I will not name to avoid name and shaming) have been doing it for weeks, much to the frustration of there team and us. These same players will do it regardless of if they have good players (228/kcom etc...) simply because it's not a full team on there side.

There has been numerous times where we have reported the same players with what I would assume close to 12 on our side, and hopefully close to 11 on theirs (though it's more likely its 4-6 people). Now I've been constantly told to take my stream and email clips of all the times that players have done this, and my response is why? Why do I have to purposely take my free time to combine a bunch of clips from numerous long streaming sessions for these 4-5 individuals who are being called out by their own team mates as well as us. Shouldn't the amount of reports be triggering some sort of punishment or at the very least a email?

Now I get that FP can be a sore subject, that 12mans vs pugs is hardly fair, But is it not worse when it's a 12man that's now vs a 8-10 man because of players who will literally QUE up over and over again only to D/C, Suicide out? doesn't this just make the situation so much worse?

Any feed back would be appreciated, and let's try not to have a conversation about Team VS pug, but rather what we can do to avoid these situations or at least correct them. Specially since I need to go through my stream to find all these stupid clips.

Most game companies do not make public the disciplinary actions taken against players. I think they should, but that doesn't change industry standard.

All I can say is that PGI does read reports, and that some people have gotten suspensions and/or warnings. But I cannot say how many players have gotten them, how frequently they are given (to individual players or what percentage of reports generate a warning or suspension), how long it takes to enact, etc.
