The one skill PGI has never learned, how to make maps and this is still the case today. I love your map, especially as everyone has pointed out, the colors. Other games, including those with the Crytek engine don't look as drab as PGI's. Great job and keep up the great work!

you kids need to think outside the box
they need a futuristic space port
it would have 4 things
1) landing pads for drop ships (dropships landing/taking off)
2) big hangers as you go buy you see dropships in repair (and or Mechs)
3) rail road tracks with trains coming in with Mechs on top of them
4) river or ocean with ships

Ya know JJ, I've always been a fan of your work. Been following your custom mechs on here and DevArt for months as you know. But this man, THIS......I bow before you in sheer admiration. With some slight cover additions as others have stated, this map could truly be amazing to play on.
I dare say.......its better then almost anything PGI has done (that's right, I went there! Fight Me!)

I love the idea. (said the LRM boater)
Still there seems to be some areas for concealed movement, not much direct cover still I would keep, an idea for some little ridges here and there to help break locks for those of us that are not afraid of LRMs even on polar highlands. Maybe a bit larger and some more lines of cover supplied by some roles in the terrain.
This is a great concept to start with. A breath of fresh air literally.

Wouldn`t mind a Terra map or maps. Fighting around the Pyramids. London, France, Moscow. Give us some iconic battlegrounds from the universe.

Depends, a farm land should atleast have a feel of open air ect. People get so worried about LRMagedon, but even on Polar you can still easily counter them imo. The rolling hills ect can be used to break line of sight alot ect. Farm buildings and equipment could be used for hard cover ect. Random holders all over and rocks to hug just would feel silly in a farming area.
