Hey everyone, I've decided to purchase an MC bundle while the sale is still up but for some reason couldn't... when I hover over the bundle the cursor change to the finger pointer but nothing happens... Anyone else had this issue? I tried logging off and back on, change computers etc.
I'll try contacting support but by the time they will have an answer it'll probably be too late...

Hai, many have posted the same issue in the Black Friday thread. Tina was online so a few have tagged her but no response as of yet. Different browsers, etc. The only way someone has been able to purchase MC is via Steam but do not ask me how..

So far edge and explorer (surprisingly!) failed.. maybe on a mobile phone

Have had the same issue. Wanted to put an order in before the sale ended. Tried earlier today and again just now and not working. Tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Opera.
Not using steam so not sure what the workaround there would be... I hope they can just fix this and extend the offer another day or two.

Are you using the MadStats extension for Chrome? Sometimes it interferes with the MWO site in unexpected ways. Disable it and try again.

You could also try a different browser.

I tried a few more and it seems other people tested other browsers but it didn't work. I've sent an inquiry to support so I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the verdict will be

Ok, I just tried again now and it worked. No idea what changed though. Maybe opening a new tab instead of refreshing while already logged in on another tab made a difference?
Well just in time before heading to bed..

This is a problem sometime, thats for sure.

I would suggest you just disable any and all extension and try again. This may not be the issue but it has been a few times in the past and is every time we had previous loot bags and such. Would work for a while then would be unable to interact with the website.

Russ Tweeted overnight that they'd fixed a payment problem. This was probably it.

As mentioned by Matt in the BF thread, if you send an email to support they will not only honour the MC bundle prices, but also honour any purchases of MC mech at the discounted prices if you missed out on the BF sale due to the MC bug.
