I've had non-bots visit my profile in the time I've been in MWO. I am genuinely curious what you're looking for when you view other people's profiles? I've never actually clicked on anyone's profile, don't even know what you can or cannot see.

Pretty sure 90% of these is usually clicked on by accident. Drop a 1 star rating while there then go back to forum.

I usually do it by mistake, or to find a thread I know someone made (because the MWO forum search broke for me in June and search engine results aren't too great either).

+1 for mistake. Usually check this site by iPad, where accidentally tapping the link to go to the contributors name when thumb scrolling is easy to do.

Any information as to who you are, when you joined a unit (s), what you've written, who your friends are, etc.... Some are sterile and some are more populated.

I'd like to see a Tier rating chronology. Player statistics (your Leaderboard snapshot); especially where you play.......
Makes your forum contributions a little more understandable: if you are a Comp mostly, FP mostly or QP mostly pilot. Perspective.

The only time I check anothers profile is to check when they joined the forums. Sometimes it gives some insight into their comments in terms of what they've experienced or missed in the development of the game.

you can actually just hover over a user's name while on the forums and a small popup will show everything like clicking to their profile.

I do, but it requires me to know the name of the thread, which I seldom do.
