Fill out faction/community warfare as well as make quick play have more "impact" by:
- using quick play matches for fighting for planets (one quick play match carries the weight of 1/6 of an invasion match).
- Even this is is not implemented, Quick Play matches should always be all IS vs all IS, all Clan vs all Clan or all Clan vs all IS. Not a mixed hodge-podge.
Also,
- Segregate FW matches so that it is *always* team vs team and Pug vs Pug.
Do not mix pugs into Scout and Invasion matches against teams.
This makes FW more fun and balanced than organized teams stomping pugs.

I haven't found a place for this but request an alteration to the post match screens. report player allow an option for nonparticipation so report player would have three options. Suiciding, AFK or hiding( people on the losing team who hide in a corner so they can't be killed. and preserve his Kill/death ratio. In faction play ejecting or exiting out of game should count as a kill in the score.

Make the pay or credit more balance. It seems like the bigger units are going to the clans because of the better payouts.
Make clan wars/ faction wars more organized to get more people involved. For instance, more or bigger payout then pub matches.
In closing, we need to fix this because less and less players are getting involved.
