Hey Matt or someone else from PGI, can I get a clarification on the pin pricing? The info at the top says "All Prices are in Canadian Dollars with Tax included!" but the pins say "USD" beside the dollar amounts. Are the pins in American or Canadian dollars?

It's a nice idea to have a teaser picture of new mech.

I think it would have been far more intresting if the picture would have been more obcure, so that it's not the third person posting to the thread, to notice it's a picture of new mech.

Anyway I don't see any problem with promoting stuff that's buyable only on Mech_con. People can still watch the streams of Mech_con without being there and stuff like this draws attention to it.

I spent a long time on sarna last night looking at mechs, i feel this has to be the crusader simply because there aren't that many missile heavy mechs left to do. It's not a longbow... I don't think...

The Titan has that little head antenna thing but other than that he just looks like an all energy transformer

I'm sorry, this exact post is what is wrong with PGI.

1. They post on the forums something 95% of their audience doesn't have access too.

2. They post this information AFTER they no longer have tickets to the event available.

3. They don't realize that #1 and #2 are an issue.

Come on PGI, at some point the big boy company pants need to be put on and you really need to think about what you are doing.

well your first point is just wrong, its available to 100% of their audience, since it is posted on their website. and dont tell me not all players have access to internet - the game is called MechWarrior ONLINE, remember? whether 100% of their audience speak well enough english to understand everything posted on the website is another argument entirely and also a bit lacking, since mwo is only available in english in the first place.

second point is valid and im disappointed of this as well.

third point is just stupid and made up just to look like more.

Their 1st point is valid. I would like those badges, but since the tickets are all sold out, I can't get them. If I had known they were available before the tickets sold out, I could have made a more informed choice. You can not get them direct now, unless you already bought a ticket to Mech Con, so they are not available to 100% of the players because not 100% of the players have a Mech Con ticket.

Before you tell me which are obviously wrong or missing;
- I skipped any that only had missiles on one side of the 'mech (that I could see)
- I know some have misisles in the hands, not shoulders
- I left in some even though they don't match the minimum 5/10 R/L tube split in the art, just because

If you have ACTUALLY been paying attention, all of the merchandise posted by Matt is ONLY available at MechCon. So my first point is actually giving them props. I don't think 5% of their customer base is going to attend. So for all 100% of their customers that can see and want the shirts or the pins, only those attending the event have access to them. ALSO, they are in limited quantities so even IF you attend, there is a chance you will not be able to get them.

If you understand the issue, you'd have a better reply.

For the mech on the shirt, I do not think it is a crusader with the body shape it has unless they have really remodeled it from its humanoid shape.

Seems to have a cockpit that juts forward from the chest like a Marauder or Mad Cat shape (but smaller, not the entire torso) and the one arm on the left (the mechs right arm) looks to end in twin barrels. I can not see if it has the typical focusing lens of a laser or not, but looks rounded and not square so ballistic or ppc is my guess.

So my guess is ... I have no idea what mech it is.
