Indeed pretty cool gifts... but we're in March and nothing yet.

And all the "immediate stuff" I never got although I am registered as eligible and 100% completed.

I s it because of this "locked" status of the reward mentionned on the page? What does it mean? How do you unlock?

I am very confused by all this.

I don't know the answer to all your questions, but I would expect the heroes to inject on patch day. This month that is the 20th.

Well, first off, there was a limited time period in which to earn them...

Have you set your Mech Select viewing filters to show ALL Mechs, so you can easily see anything you have???

...to which then if your answer is still "YES", and you still are unable to find them, I would then have to tell you to Contact MWO Support. If you have indeed done all the pre-requisites, they should be able to verify your efforts and then credit you the Mechs which you spent the time to earn. These items were NOT outright freebies, as they did require participation, but if you did actually put in that minimum participation, then you should have them.
