Game is crashing on login. I opened a ticket, and have sent the logs and dumps available.

There is no error-code. I'm working with Bobby from Support.

This happened with Steam Client, initially. I re-downloaded it after uninstalling, and got the same errors. Overnight, I downloaded the Standalone Portal, and after verifying it this morning, I'm getting the same problem, exact same symptoms. I've sent the new logs and dumps in.

It seems like there's a problem in the crash-reporter. It doesn't have an email address encoded, and fails to send the crash-report.

PC has been rebooted multiple times since.

Figured I would start this thread since I don't see anything similar in the patch feedback.

Response from Bobby in Support worked:

C:\Users\<USER NAME>\Saved Games\MechWarrior Online\Profiles\<PILOT NAME>
Delete 'attributes.xml

After I did that, I was able to login to the account that kept crashing.
