since ive started playing it seems that ive made bad picks in who to join
...first unit i was with only had me and the commander and he left after first day and i was stuck with no powers to recruit or to start anything ...
... second unit i was with used me as a bullet shield and dropped my k/d ratio to .34 ..i had to leave and fast ...
...third unit i was with said they had 50 members and only 6 were active and not at the same time...
...fourth clan i tried out for had 11 CO's and 5 reg members and their never on the same page, one wanted me on comp team and the other didnt and some didnt even know what was going on ...
im looking for a team of players that have members that are active and play to win ...i dont care if they are IS , Clan or Merc ...please, please, please help me stop this looking around i just want to play ...

Found them!
To be more serious, i think Baradul's Molten Metal Militia guys could suit your taste.

Since you are currently Clan, come drop with us at Mercstar (MS), and see if you like it here. We are the most active FP unit around, and can certainly use a decent player. Find us at Comstar Teamspeak, na1.mech-connect.net

Why would you play if your aim is not to win the game?
If you want you can add me on friends and I can invite you for future grouping faction play.

I am assuming you are looking for a Faction Play team? When you drop which units typically come up the most. Look at their tags, look for their recruitment post on the forums and apply to said unit.

And how much fun is it gonna be if you repeatedly lose, lose and lose even more.
Most people wouldn't get much fun out of that.
Depends on how you lose.
Stomps don't make a fun match, but normal defeats can still be a fun match.
Winning is preferable to losing, but not at the cost of fun (i.e. capturing the enemy base with barely any fighting).
To me gameplay is more important than winning because if the gameplay is bad there's no point in playing at all.

Same applies even if you lose multiple times as a close call eventually people will have no fun and start leaving the group.
Have seen it plenty of times.

I would suggest dropping with a unit a few times before joining. It doesn't take long for both you and the rest of the unit to figure out if you can compliment each other. MercStar appreciates players of all skill levels as long as they are willing to follow the dropcall, put the team first, and be as active as they can. We run 2-3 12 man teams every night so follow the link that Bandito posted and give us a visit. Try a few others out as well and you will find a home. FP is a very satisfying game mode when you are with your peeps.
