Believe it or not, that's haxxor detection going off ;p
Also, a lot of mechs do this, it has to do with the rigging of the model basically being turned off at the moment of mech death at which point the cry engine physics takes over. It's incomplete in my opinion and I think that death animations should have at the very least some light tension rigging, to help prevent the full rag doll effect currently in place. Call it laziness or lack of qc what have you, but it's definitely fixable. The Madcat mkII just collapses through its legs/haunches and often just somersaults.
I'd like to imagine that the spinning comes some sort of interaction from the physics engine with the model being total rag doll being pulled down past the point of the plane it's interacting with.
