The Panther 10P needs a ballistic cool down quirk. The mech has a horribly low damage potential without the ability to fast fire its main weapon. Even with all the heat gen and cool down skills unlocked it cannot fire fast enough to make up the low damage potential.
At the minimum an LBX 5 cool down quirk, but given that the Orion just got -10% to everything, I'd say a -15% to everything would be a good start.
It is a fun mech to play, it just needs a little more punch.

No, seriously. The K9 has a ballistic cool down quirk and can also boat lasers. The reason there are so few 10Ps in the game is they just cannot put down the DPS; super limited missile slots due to hard point location and slow firing ballistics makes it really hard to compete.

Fair enough. By that I assume you find the 10P to be a completely viable mech on a par with it's PPC laden (and PPC quirked) brethren?

Am i missing something... Doesn't it already have 25% ballistic cooldown bonus?
