Assassins really need to get fixed soon, they shouldn't be tanking damage from 6 mechs and end matches with 7 kills, ammo to spare, and ample torso armor remaining.

Again, I don't know if it's a lag-shield issue, or a hit box problem on the assassin model, but these mechs are easily shunting 75-85% of incoming damage off into the ether. Which would be fine, I guess, if people didn't play them, or if the traditional light-hunting weapons actually worked against them. Streaks, LBX and LRMs don't seem to be much better at defeating their lagshield / hitbox issue than lasers, so at the moment the mech is just broken (assuming you're not the one sitting in its cockpit).

I'd recommend cleaning up the hit registry and disabling the Assassin chasis' until you have the problem sorted out, because right now any match with an Assassin in it is a ******* joke.

Actually, I haven't noticed this on any match I'm in... Matter of fact, last match I played had a pair of them against us, and they were eaten alive by 1 LRM boat, and a couple backup LRMs from my mech.

Well, i did notice it several times (using LBX weaponry at point blank range). I've pretty much given up and just aim for the legs 90% of the time. Still, the hitboxes need to be revised soon.
