I find I need four more drops decks. Please code in the ability for more drop decks. We spend MC, you get real money, we get more decks, everyone wins.

I don't understand why the number of drop decks is limited anyways, or why it costs MC

seems like something you should be able to save as many as you want

1200 MC is rip off. I can find much better uses of that MC. If PGI wants my money they need a heavy discount. To my knowledge there has never been a sale on dropdecks. I doubt there ever will be one either since for some bizzare reason the purchase is outside of the normal store mechanic and could only be changed via patch.

i have like 400 some-odd mechs, all skilled and ready to play. And i use 1 Dropdeck, for Clan and Is. I change my dropdeck every match every game depending on the mode,map and who im with. Git Gud Baddy <3

Well, with all the MC PGI throwing at us, buying a dropdeck is not a problem. Actually i plan to buy one, just need to loot more MC.
Thread is about hard limit on drop decks (i guess), and i struggle to understand why to do this limit... Aside of interface coding (PGI never was good at it, just remember UI 2.0), ability to buy more dropdecks is a win-win for the game - it costs nothing to do that, and maybe some people will spend more MC on those.

idk, I do find it odd that something that in any other game might be considered basic functionality is up for sale.

Perhaps they could also make money selling access to the mouse sensitivity slider...

That said, the moment they put the drop decks on 50% off, I'll buy the other two, until then I'll just change out my drop decks quickly.

Right there with you guys. I've got just shy of 8000 MC's in the bank. I could buy two more drop decks. But at 1200 MC's per drop deck, it will NEVER EVER happen. They have never had a sale, so I've never bought a drop deck. At 1200 for two drop decks, sure, I'd buy that. But 1200 for one? Absolutely not.

I've started a daily twitter message to Russ with this very idea. I mean come on PGI, you want our money, this might take one of your coders an hour? Programming sliding bars is the hard part...... changing the "4" to a "12" isn't

Brawl deck (Dakka,arms, etc)

Mid range deck (trading deck) laser vomit etc

Long range deck- long range

Speed deck-deci built to deal with gen rushers or incusion/conquest.

Now;

Manage Drop Deck

Scout Tab (1-4), Invasion Tab (1-4)

New;

Scout Tab (1-4), Invasion I (1-4), Invasion II (5-8), Invasion III(9-12)

Make each new Invasion Tab 1200 MC, each deck within 600MC.

Remember when the first mech of the drop deck was the 'Scout' mech?

How would people feel if scouting was kept with the hard 4v4 team limit but had no weight restrictions?
What would it be like if when we queued for faction play scouting was just another mode that was in the mix with all the other ones in invasion?
What if it was more symmetrical and really was about collecting the intel and that intel actually meant something to your group?
What would it be like to face a Steiner scout lance?
What if we simply converted the Scout drop decks into Invasion drop decks and when the mode popped up, you just picked a mech and dropped into battle?

We could try it.
It's possible if we limit groups and combine queues.
Might open the way to some other options and new features.

Hehe.

I would return one drop deck for one extra minute, for a total of two, prior to launch.
