First off, I live on an island, so no offense to islands or those who live on them. Tier 1 is the new tier 5, thanks to XP bars. Meta and balance have absolutely nothing to do with 99% of this game. It's a pure potato lottery. For all the e-sports hype, I haven't seen a worse example of competition anywhere else in my relatively brief time in online gaming. Facepalm.

Comp players don't really care about the meta, they are already comfortable with what they have. They are also the fastest at adapting to any new meta.

PS. pretty much what sycocys said... Island would be attractive option If all of the potatoes live in mainland.

Me thinks Adamts01 has no experience of what war gaming products have to offer in the potato department, MWO potatoe's look like pros in comparison.

the issue is the island would be so underpopulated that no one would stay there. Thats why FW didnt work. Theres an insufficiend pop on that island to make it a paradise. Solaris won't fix that, and probably only the tournament is where they belong to.

They will be eaten, that's for sure. The chickens would probably be alright, but domesticated pigs would die of stupidity if they weren't fed, they'd fit right in with quick play. Not that chickens are any smarter, but they're sneaky and resourceful.

Oh, good grief.... What a mess we have here. Comp lives on island "a"; Potatoes live on island "b"; and, the rest of you want-a-be's, who are neither "a" or "b" live with dreams of being "a", but, in reality, are a lot closer to "b" than you think.....

I live on an Island and just barely play anymore......there are other game that are really fun; without, the e-Sports hype that seems to breeed the worst in videogame players of all varieties. Have a good read: https://gadgets.ndtv...culture-1803152
