I can't see what this Mechs bring good to MWO, there are tons of better choices for IS, but hey. Just IS will continue to complain about the next powerfull Clan Mechs after all IS is doing request medicore mechs and don't look to good ones.

Well, I tested the HTM-27’s basic loadout in combat last night using an Archer as a test platform.

It’s a little hot but it certainly has possibilities. I didn’t think two PPCs and two SRM6 would be worth a hoot but they seem to complement each other nicely, with the SRMs covering the PPC dead zone for crotchhuggers and a nice sweet spot where the SRMs and PPCs can be used together in the brawl.

Personally I'd replace the SRM6s with MRM 10s. For a tad more range and versatility.

Or 2x Snubnosed PPC and 2x MRM 10 with 2 extra DHS.

I'm on the fence about both mechs until I see hard points and what the weapons will look like in the mech itself.

And ain’t nobody running a Charger 1A1 stock. You’ll be seeing slower 1A1s running 3xLPL/2xERML.

As I said before, once the Hatamoto and Charger get into this game, I will close this thread. The reason for that being is that since the thread has served it's purpose, there is nothing more I can say or discuss. So as promised, I have contacted a moderator to close down this thread so it will not be derailed.
