The Catapult C4 has a 20% cooldown as well

OP, another consideration, the Hunchie 4J is at 20% for LRM10's, and even though it is but a shell of it's former self (remember that screenshaking terror?), there's still some pretty respectable DPS there.

Awesome is the highest DPS and generally best IS LRM boat.
Ditto for supernova on clan side, even better with ATMs unless you're a real "ARTILLERY IS THE GOD OF WAR!!!!!" style of "muh lurrrms" player.

25% on the Vindicator is the best generic missile cooldown available. A ton of mechs, like the IV-4 and TBT-7M, have generic 20% cooldowns. Some, like the TBT-7M, have weapon specific cooldowns that are higher.

No Clan mech has anything that even approaches IS mega missile quirks, for fairly obvious reasons.

Vindicator 1X is surprisingly effective with an MRM build. It's kind of a one trick pony, but it's a pretty good trick.

Cougar Prme gets a -10% on the Prime. It's a really fun little ATM boat.

I've always been surprised the Vulture doesnt have at least a 5% -10% CD on LRMs. I mean, its what they are freaking known for!

MDD-Prime and H both have 20% cooldown. Shame they nerfed MDD-H's 30% cooldown, it was a glorious ATM boat, now overshadowed by Prime again

I just checked, the prime torsos have a 10% CD and the H has a 5%. I actually thought those were removed!
