The timestamp was 15 hours ago. So I guess it will be in the next 12 hours or so, if not earlier.

Last they they told about a server upgrade it took what a week or more before beta keys where send out again.
Lets hope all goes well instantly this time.

This said before the other tweet (14 hours before the OP's quoted tweet).. So from that I can only hope he is talking about getting the servers working well, with the successful patch last week that allowed more people in combined, we should see a lot more beta keys going out.. if not today, then tomorrow.
