Any recommendations from folks who have tried these two mechs and loadouts out?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, the 9A1 is no longer available for C-Bills. Unless you picked up up already.

The only reinforcements that are ctually priced reasonably are the $3 Urbie and maybe the $8 Linebacker (kinda pushing it though). Somehow the Kit Fox and Griffin cost more than the Linebacker, and I'll never know why or how...

I downsize the engine and use 2 medium lasors. With full armor quirks, this thing is a massive threat on the battlefield. I run the same fit on my victor and its just not as good as the old Cataphract.

Wait what?
I missed quite a bit during a hiatus but you're telling me that they introduced a new variant for the Victor, a chassis that was starting to lag even when I took my hiatus way long ago, and then took it away?

I could see them making the Kit Fox more expensive than the Linebacker if it had a C-Bill bonus. Triple AMS with a 30% earning bonus coud rack you up a lot of cash quickly. At least in tiers where LRMs are used anyways. Without the earnings bonus though? Absolutely no idea. The only thing they have in common is ECM, which would make sense if this was five years ago when ECM was still insanely OP.

The 9a1 Victor may not be as tanky as the other Victors but boy is that thing a beast. I wholly support u using the 9a1

For $18 of real money you can go to the store tab on the top of this web page, then gift store, then reinforcements. However, paying the price of a standard mech pack (3 variants + 3 mech bays + 30 days premium + other junk) for only a single variant would be a little silly.
They were available in the in-game store for C-Bills a short time but got removed because apparently the loyalty mechs were posted too early (even though the patch notes had an entire section dedicated to highlighting them).

That is pricey for regular mech. Are VTRs still AssMechs?

I haven't used them much but currently they seem okay from seeing them in action a bit, albeit build-dependent. Regardless of performance $18 just ain't worth it for a single standard variant.

My fit https://mwo.smurfy-n...da4e8f662762ad5
You have 6 1/2 tons of ammo, with full Armor Quirks you have 80 armor both Torsos and 119 on the Ct. You might be slow but you pack a punch. With full ammo quirks you have 156 shell's, its just enough. Best thing is you don't get focused cause no one will shoot you when you are standing next to an Assault. Great mech, have pulled a few 1200 damage games in it. Great work horse the old Ilya Muroments, still my go to mech, when I'm having a bad day. Its not Meta so people will not recommend it, cause it does not have 'HIGH MOUNTS". gl bruno
