You not looking at it proportionatly. Imagine if EMP was your opponent every single night.
Take that feeling and then add the ability to empathize aaaaaaaannnnnndd then realize, thats how dem pugs feel.
And dont try and tell me you or everyone would enjoy a challenge like that, because if it was true then comp que wouldnt have been ghosttown central everytime they or eon camped the mode.
Well when I played GroupQ for a month (while leaderboard testing/general knowledge fun) I ran into all the good Div A groups quite often (EmP, 228, -SA-, -42- etc etc) as I was playing in US Peak.
We won most, we lost some. Didn't bother me in the slightest the overall result. Plenty of solid matches were had.
The PUGs make a concious choice to
- Not form groups
- Bring sub par builds
- Play as a solo in a team game
- Do not wish to improve because "I'm casual"
etc. All of these are choices. You make a choice, don't cry about it later.
Granted some players will never get to a decent level of the game simply because they are not good at it. But that is no different to any other game. I get smashed some nights in PUBG or other games I play. Do I stop playing? No. I keep going cause I understand I cannot win it all and just get on with it as I'm still having fun talking **** with the guys I play with.
CompQ was a ghosttown for many other reasons than teams "camping".
