I'm confused the ping in the mechbay is now back at Singapore pings again but the servers never moved to Australia whats going on?

Kinda confusing for the Aussie customers..

Ping went down in the mechbay but the servers never left Singapore, was the whole test just for the mechbay ping?

The servers never moved but the mechbay ping was definitely at Australia

yeah i noticed that the ping has gone back up to 240+. it was at 23ish for a while

Hmm, mechbay/non-combat items are NA. Only time you are connected/play on the OC server is QP combat drops.

I only play on Oceanic i don't do FW or Group.

The little check box would tell me oceanic 40ish (not that much higher than what AAA games normally offer me from Auzzy - but rediclously good for MWO), but as soon as I went in game it was 350ish o.O!! GG close

It was showing 40 prior to dropping in SQ, for me in NZ. Enter match and it's telling me 350. Was confusing, (finished that matched), then logged and played something else instead.

(I normally only play US as EU & Singapore spike to much for me)

It hadn't. Hence the new server clearly doesn't have any games on it yet either.

PGI (Russ) said it wasn't far away last week so likely they did testing or something. Keep ya panties on ladies.
