Looks like they caved to pressure sadly. The in game event tracker shows the requirements halved.

They were expecting us to get, on average, an equal number of Kills and KMDDs. They can't track kills, so they removed the requirement for that which they cannot track.

Whcih is absolutely fine. KMDD imo are what it's all about. Force those freakin kill leeches to actually do something.
