It's important to get Speed Tweak, they go 71.8 KPH after it, so they are quite fast for assault mechs. With lots of extra armor quirks, they can take a hell of a beating. They are entirely ammo dependent, so they don't work great for long brawls, but they have enough to get the job done in most cases.

VTR-9A1 is functionally the same as the VTR-9A1(L) and only lacks the 30% C-Bill boost and unique 2017 (L) pattern
